REGISTRATION FORM

For those students
boarding for 4 weeks, there will be an additional charge
of $100 per week. Students receive 3 meals a day,
lodging and transportation. A NON-REFUNDABLE
deposit of $50 (due May 10) will be credited towards
room and board.  Complete payment of tuition and fees must
be received by May 15, 2012.
