A unique class that makes it fun to be fit! This class uses techniques borrowed from
ballet, yoga, pilates and rhythmic gymnastic stretching. Intensive stretching and
conditioning is combined with music that is upbeat and positive. Stretching and toning
are the keys to raising metabolism and staying fit no matter what your age. This class is
open to all students 12 - adult. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, no shoes
required.
