WEEKEND OF SHOW SCHEDULE & Directions to PHS
Friday, December 9 - Full Dress Rehearsal
Check in between 4 and 6 - begin at 7pm
Angels will rehearse once with each Sugar Plum Fairy and then they will be dismissed.
Angels will rehearse in costume and make up.
Note: No one will be allowed in the theatre during dress rehearsal. There will be plenty of volunteer work, decorating, setting up and
organizing to do in the lobby and backstage. If you are not scheduled to work backstage, please do not come back there - it is too
crowded.
4-4:30 - AYBC Sr. Company check in
5:00 - Jr. Company check in
5:30 - All other cast members check in
6:00 - Warm-up for company members, on stage.
Saturday, December 10 - Performance - 7:00 PM
Check in same as Friday.
Sunday, December 11 - Performance - 2:30 PM
Check in between 12:00 and 1
11:30-12 - AYBC Sr. Company check in
12:30 - Jr. Company check in
1:00 - All other cast members check in
1:30 - Warm-up for company members, on stage

Directions:
From Hwy. 31 and I-65: West on Valleydale Rd (Hwy. 216) past Publix. Approx. 1.8 miles turn left at light on Bearden Rd.
(across from pasture on right). Travel up to the top of the hill, and PHS is on the right.
From Hwy. 31 from Alabaster: Hwy. 31 take a left at the light in front of Old Time Pottery. Take a right on Lee Street. Follow
to Bearden Rd. and PHS is at the top of the hill on the left.
PHS Auditorium - 2nd building on the left at Panther Circle – to the left of the main office entrance.
